A film about the work of famous performance artists Valera and Natasha Cherkashin. The story focuses on the performances they held in the 1990s at the Ploshchad Revolyutsii metro station in Moscow.

The film “Cherkashins. Performance of Perestroika” is a personal story about time—both physical and metaphysical. If we speak of art by comparing it to the universe, then we are dealing with boundless worlds that live inside each of us. I was very interested in revisiting and showing the time in which I was born and grew up. This film is about artists who, through their art, reflect space, time, and the cultural and national code of our country.
